Research Termination Date definition

Research Termination Date means the earlier of December 31, 2005 or the date upon which the Research Program is terminated under Article X.

Research Termination Date means the date of completion of all activities specified in the Research Plan, including all follow-ups of Qualified Subjects and all analysis included in the JDRF Studies.
