Research Terms definition

Research Terms means a period of three (3) Contract Years, unless otherwise terminated according to the provisions of Article IX below or extended by mutual written consent of the parties.
Research Terms means each of (a) with respect to the BT Program, the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the BT Step-In Date (such period, the “BT Research Term”), (b) with respect to the SCD Program, the period of time beginning on the effective date of the SCD Development Plan and ending on the SCD Step-In Date (such period, the “SCD Research Term”).

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
