The Authority reserves the right to reject any proposed Research Worker(s) whom it considers unsuitable for any reason.
The Contractor will be required to provide appropriate evidence to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Authority that the proposed Research Workers hold a full current SC clearance.
The Contractor (and any sub-contractor) shall take all reasonable steps to avoid changes in the Research Workers once accepted.
