Reservation Cancellation definition

Reservation Cancellation means the procedure through which the Member cancels a confirmed reservation, subject to the terms and conditions of these Rules.

Reservation Cancellation. The rental fee (less security fee and rehearsal fee) is due at least four (4) weeks prior to the reservation date, non-payment at this time will result in cancellation of reservation. In the event of cancellation within four (4) weeks of the reservation time, the rental fee is non-refundable; however the deposit will be refunded in its entirety.
