Reservation Cut-Off Date definition
Reservation Cut-Off Date. The Group has agreed that all reservations will be made by the identified above, and acknowledges that the offered Guest Room Rate may not be available if any reservation is made after this resulting in the reservation being booked at the higher Rack Rate during the dates of stay. The Hotel reserves the right to restrict the availability of the offered Guest Room Rate at any time after the specified Room Availability: The Group acknowledges that the Hotel may experience a sold out or a high-demand period for guest rooms at any time resulting in your guests booking a reservation with a higher rate (due to the offered Guest Room Rate not being available) and/or a lack of inventory leading to the possibility of guests being unable to book a reservation.
