Service Window means the time periods during the Service Period during which the Provider agrees to make Available, and provide in accordance with this Agreement, the Flexibility Services to the Company, as defined in Schedule 1;
Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.
SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;
Building Hours mean 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding the day of observation of New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and, at Landlord’s discretion, any other locally or nationally recognized holiday that is observed by other buildings comparable to and in the vicinity of the Building (collectively, “Holidays”).
Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.
Window means one of three accounts of the CGIAR Fund, as specified in the Contribution Agreements and Arrangements, including the Governance Framework, and together the “Windows”.
Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.
Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.
SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and
Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
Clock hour means either of the following:
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:
Maintenance Release means any update, upgrade, release or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated Documentation, that Contractor may generally provide to its licensees from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Software.
Cooling Off Period Shall refer to the period of ten (10) calendar days commencing from and including the date of this Contract.
Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
Beneath the surface of the ground means beneath the ground surface or otherwise covered with earthen materials.
Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.
Lookback Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the Accounting Restatement Date, as well as any transition period (resulting from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following those three completed fiscal years (except that a transition period of at least nine months shall count as a completed fiscal year). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lookback Period shall not include fiscal years completed prior to the Effective Date.
Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act land-disturbing activity means a land-disturbing activity including clearing, grading, or excavation that results in a land disturbance equal to or greater than 2,500 square feet and less than one acre in all areas of jurisdictions designated as subject to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations (9VAC25-830) adopted pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.
Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).
Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.
Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
