RESERVE ACCOUNT INCREASE NOTICE definition
RESERVE ACCOUNT INCREASE NOTICE means a notice delivered by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof.
RESERVE ACCOUNT INCREASE NOTICE means a written notice delivered by the Administrative Agent to the Servicer pursuant to the Class A Certificate Purchase Agreement at the instruction of the Class A Certificateholders or pursuant to the Class B Certificate Purchase Agreement at the instruction of the Class B Certificateholders stating that a Termination Event shall have occurred thereunder and directing that the Enhancement Percentage be increased to 100%.
