Reserve Data means, with respect to the South Coast Entities, the report of Netherland ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates dated August 11, 1997, effective as of January 1, 1997, previously delivered to Araxas, and, with respect to the Araxas Companies, the report of Netherland ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc. dated January 1, 1997, previously delivered to the South Coast Principals.
