Reserve Power definition

Reserve Power means power which a party is entitled to receive to protect or restore service in its system up to the amount of such system's reserve deficiency, under the conditions set out in paragraph C4.l.
Reserve Power. Means the ability of a defined set of PU Holders to direct the Trustee how to exercise a right under the RCA, PMA or EIL. State Documents Means the EIA, the IND and the DPG. Standard User Funding Agreement (SUFA) Means the commercial arrangement, as documented in the core SUFA documents and the State Documents, by which a CQCN extension project that is funded partially or exclusively by access seekers may be delivered and operated. Subscription and Unit Holders Deed (SUHD) Means the core SUFA document that governs subscriptions to, and operation of, the Trust.
Reserve Power has the meaning giving in clause 19.2(a). Revenue has the meaning given in clause 23.5(h)(ii).
