reserve time means a period during which a flight crew member is required by an operator to hold himself available for a tour of duty;
reserve time means a period oftime when a flight crewmember must be available to report upon notice for dutyinvolving flight time and the certificate holder allows the flight crewmember at least 1 hour to report.
