Reserve Water System definition

Reserve Water System means the system of sanitary sewer mains and lateral supply pipes constructed by the First Nation on the Reserve for the provision of water services to the Reserve under this Agreement.
Reserve Water System means the system of OKIB owned, or ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ owned water mains and lateral supply pipes on the Reserve for the provision of water services to the Reserve under a Service Agreement.
Reserve Water System means the system constructed by the First Nation on the Reserve for the provision of water services to the Reserve under the Agreement.
