Reserved Allocation definition

Reserved Allocation means, for each Home included in the Borrowing Base, the difference at any time and from time to time between (i) the Loan Allocation for said Home less (ii) the principal amount with respect to such Home previously included in any Advance(s) for such Home.
Reserved Allocation means, for each Lot and Home included in the Borrowing Base, the difference at any time and from time to time between (i) the Loan Allocation for said Lot or Home LESS (ii) the principal amount with respect to such Lot and Home previously included in an Advance for the acquisition of and/or construction of Improvements on such Lot and Home.

Examples of Reserved Allocation in a sentence

  • Alternate Season Exchange is defined under the definition of "Reserved Allocation".

  • The Program Manager may maintain a Wait List for Use Periods associated with Reserved Allocation, Club System Exchange (for Members only), Same Season Exchange, Alternate Season Exchange, Open Exchange and Space Available Time usage.

  • For usage of a Club Unit reserved at any other time, or for usage of any period other than during the Reserved Allocation, Members and Local Members may not necessarily be assigned occupancy in their Deeded Club Units.

  • Reserved Allocation cannot be utilized outside of the pre-assigned Club Calendar Year.

  • Subject to availability and the timely release of the Reserved Allocation as described above, the Program Manager may confirm requests for Same Season Exchange as follows: during the Fifteen (15) Month Period, the Program Manager may confirm requests for at least seven (7) consecutive evenings for a Use Period as defined by the Club Calendar of the Club into which the Member or Local Member is requesting occupancy as Same Season Exchange.

  • Before a request for an Alternate Season Exchange Use Period will be accepted by the Program Manager, the Member desiring to exchange Reserved Allocation must first release at least seven (7) consecutive evenings of the Reserved Allocation he desires to exchange to the Program Manager and which Reserved Allocation falls during a Use Period defined by the Club Calendar of the Home Club.

  • Successful Applicants, who have applied under Round Five, may be offered a Reserved Allocation for Rental Dwellings that are not yet available, where that offer will include a condition that the Rental Dwellings be available for rent in the 2015-16 financial year.

  • Subject to and in accordance with Section V of these Reservation Procedures, if a Member determines that the Member is unable to use all or a portion of the Reserved Allocation from a specific pre-assigned Season, the Member may attempt to carry over such released and unused Reserved Allocation into another Season during the same Club Calendar Year as Alternate Season Exchange.

Related to Reserved Allocation

  • Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.

  • Reserved Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 7.10(a).

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.

  • Reais Allocation Date means, with respect of any Reais Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Reais Transfer Date.

  • Curative Allocation means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(xi).

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Tax Allocations means the allocations set forth in paragraph 4 of Exhibit B.

  • Qualified Allocation Plan or “QAP” means this Qualified Allocation Plan, which was adopted by Board Action on November 16, 2016 and made effective as of January 1, 2017, and which was approved by the Governor of the State of New Mexico pursuant to Section 42(m)(1)(B) of the Code and sets forth the Project Selection Criteria and the preferences for Projects which will receive Tax Credits.

  • Carryover Allocation means an Allocation made to the Project if the Project will not be Placed in Service by close of the calendar year of the Allocation.

  • conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;

  • Pro Rata Allocation The allocation of the principal portion of Realized Losses to the Senior Certificates (other than the Class R and Class P Certificates), on the one hand, and the Class B Certificates, on the other hand, pro rata according to their respective aggregate Class Principal Balances, in reduction thereof in the manner provided in the succeeding paragraphs of this definition (except if the loss is recognized with respect to a Class P Mortgage Loan, in which case the applicable Class P Fraction of such loss shall first be allocated to the Class P Certificates, and the remainder of such loss shall be allocated as set forth above), and the allocation of the interest portion of Realized Losses to all Classes of Certificates (other than the Class R and Class P Certificates) pro rata according to the amount of interest accrued but unpaid on each such Class, in reduction thereof, and then to the Senior Certificates (other than the Class R, Class P and Class X Certificates), on the one hand, and the Class B Certificates, on the other hand, pro rata according to their respective aggregate Class Principal Balances, in reduction thereof in the manner provided in the succeeding paragraphs of this definition. The principal portion of a Realized Loss on any Mortgage Loan allocated to the Class A Certificates pursuant to this definition of "Pro Rata Allocation" shall be allocated in reduction of the respective Class Principal Balances of the Subgroup 1, Subgroup 2 and Subgroup 3 Certificates as follows:

  • Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Loss Allocation Limitation As defined in Section 4.4(g).

  • Allocation Year Means (i) the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on December 31, 2006, (ii) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (iii) any portion of the period described in clause (ii) for which the Company is required to allocate Profits, Losses and other items of Company income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Article V.

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
