Reserved Information means all the oral or written information of any kind or nature which is or shall have been made available by the Companies or the Promising Sellers to the Promising Purchaser, including, without limitation, any information made available to the Promising Purchaser by virtue of the Due Diligence, and any information delivered by any of their senior officers, executives, employees or representatives (understanding as such, without limitation, their financial advisors, counsels and accountants) to the Promising Purchaser or any of their senior officers, executives, employees or representatives (understanding as such, without limitation, the technical and financial advisors, counsels and accountants of the Promising Purchaser).
