Reserved Unit definition

Reserved Unit is exactly one instance of an On Demand Capacity Reservation. For example, if an On Demand Capacity Reservation specifies a Capacity of 10 Virtual Machines, then there are 10 Reserved Units.
Reserved Unit means each, and "RESERVED UNITS" means all, of the generating units of the Station except those units with respect to which this Agreement has been terminated in accordance with Section 13.

Examples of Reserved Unit in a sentence

  • In the event that a Sursum Corda Household: (i.) elects not to return to the Property to occupy a Reserved Unit or (ii.) fails to timely enter into an agreement for the occupancy of its Reserved Unit that is also an affordable unit, said unit may be converted to a market rate unit so long as the Applicant sets aside a corresponding amount of gross floor area for affordable units on the North Parcel.

  • Seller shall have the right to retest any Reserved Unit after the failure of any test performed at the request of ComEd pursuant to this Section 8.

  • It is currently proposed that Qualifying Shareholders will be entitled to subscribe for one Reserved Unit for every whole multiple of 4 Shares (or such other number of Shares as will be stated in the Offering Circular) held by them at the close of business on the Record Date.

  • Any Qualifying Shareholder holding less than 4 Shares (or such other number of Shares as will be stated in the Offering Circular) will not be entitled to apply for any Reserved Unit.

  • If Seller prevents or discontinues a test in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice, ComEd shall have the right to retest the affected Reserved Unit upon prior notice to Seller.

  • After issuance of the Building Permit, the Applicant shall notify those Sursum Corda Households that elect to return to the Property of the occupancy date for their Reserved Unit (the “Occupancy Date Notice”).

  • It is further understood that, in the event that any such sales to third parties shall be made and there shall be a derating in the associated Reserved Unit, such sales shall be curtailed in full before any curtailment of Electric Energy dispatched by ComEd from such Reserved Unit as a result of such derating.

  • Each head of household, or designated household member, shall have 90 days from the date of receiving notice of their assigned unit to inform the Applicant of its intention to occupy the Reserved Unit.

  • All electric energy which Seller shall sell and deliver to ComEd from a Reserved Unit (or a Substitute Unit) hereunder (such electric energy being referred to herein as the "ELECTRIC ENERGY") shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 5.7 of the Interconnection Agreement.

  • In the event that a Sursum Corda Household: (i.) elects not to return to the Property to occupy a Reserved Unit or (ii.) fails to timely enter into an agreement for the occupancy of its Reserved Unit that is also an affordable unit, said unit may be converted to a market rate unit (or units), or occupied as an affordable unit (or units), not restricted to a Sursum Corda Household.

  • Reserved Shares means initially, [ ] Shares. The Reserved Shares may be increased or decreased in a Supplemental Confirmation.

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • Unit Share has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if the Employee is or was employed at a segment level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of such segment; and if the Employee is or was employed at the corporate/headquarters level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of the Corporation.

  • Unit Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Deferred Share means a Share which by its terms of issue is a deferred share as defined in the Statutes and includes a permanent interest bearing share and a Core Capital Deferred Share;

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Reserved Rights means amounts payable to the Issuer under Sections 4.02(b), 6.09, 7.02 and 8.04 hereof.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.

  • Common Share means one share of the common stock of the Company.

  • Restricted Unit means a Unit granted under the Plan that is subject to a Restricted Period.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Common Unit Price has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.
