Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 11, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.
Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);
Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.
Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.
Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).
Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).
Medicare supplement policy means a group or individual policy of [accident and sickness] insurance or a subscriber contract [of hospital and medical service associations or health maintenance organizations], other than a policy issued pursuant to a contract under Section 1876 of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1395 et. seq.) or an issued policy under a demonstration project specified in 42 U.S.C. § 1395ss(g)(1), which is advertised, marketed or designed primarily as a supplement to reimbursements under Medicare for the hospital, medical or surgical expenses of persons eligible for Medicare. “Medicare supplement policy” does not include Medicare Advantage plans established under Medicare Part C, Outpatient Prescription Drug plans established under Medicare Part D, or any Health Care Prepayment Plan (HCPP) that provides benefits pursuant to an agreement under §1833(a)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act.
Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.
Fuel Cost Policy means the document provided by a Market Seller to PJM and the Market Monitoring Unit in accordance with PJM Manual 15 and Operating Agreement, Schedule 2, which documents the Market Seller’s method used to price fuel for calculation of the Market Seller’s cost-based offer(s) for a generation resource.
Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.

risk management plan ’ means a risk management plan submitted to the Ad- ministrator by an owner or operator of a stationary source under subparagraph (B)(iii).
Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.
Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

R&W Policy means that certain representations and warranties insurance policy issued by the R&W Insurer to the Buyer.
Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.
Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
settlement system means a system established and operated by the Bank to facilitate the transfer of funds for the discharge of payment and settlement obligations between system participants;
ISDA Fallback Adjustment means the spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero) that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be determined upon the occurrence of an index cessation event with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor.
Resettlement means the impact of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, which taking causes affected persons to have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (iii) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (iv) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently.
Invoicing and Payment Policy means the invoicing and payment policy. A copy of our current Invoicing and Payment Policy is attached as Exhibit B.
Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.
