Resident Agreements definition

Resident Agreements means, collectively, all resident agreements or other contracts or arrangements for the use or occupancy of any units, beds or other facilities provided, meals served, goods sold or services rendered, in each case, on or at the Facility.

Resident Agreements means the singular or collective reference to all patient and resident care agreements, admission agreements and service agreements which include an occupancy agreement and all amendments, modifications or supplements thereto.

Resident Agreements means any and all contracts, authorizations, agreements and/or consents executed by or on behalf of any resident or other person seeking services from Grantor or Manager pursuant to which Grantor and/or Manager provides or furnishes health or assisted living care and related services at the Property, including the consent to treatment, assignment of payment of benefits by third party, as amended, restated or substituted from time to time.

• Such usual and customary affidavits and indemnities as the Title Company may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a so-called owner’s affidavit in such form as will permit the Title Company to issue its title policy without exceptions for parties-in-possession (other than the residents under Resident Agreements) or mechanic’s liens.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lessee shall have the right to enter into Resident Agreements without the prior consent of the Lessor.

• To the extent the same are in Seller’s possession or control, original, fully executed copies of the Resident Agreements.

More Definitions of Resident Agreements

Resident Agreements. Collectively, all Subleases now or hereafter executed or entered into by or on behalf of any Person allowing such Person to reside at the Facility.

Resident Agreements means any agreement or contract right which Seller has with any person occupying now or in the future the Improvements as a resident.

Resident Agreements means agreements for the use or occupancy of any portion of any Contributed Facility by an individual or individuals residing in such Contributed Facility, and all modifications and amendments thereto and renewals or extensions thereof, including any life estate deed or similar conveyance and any agreements relating to any notes, mortgages or other security granted by such individual or individuals in connection with any of the foregoing.

Resident Agreements means all leases, rental agreements and other agreements (written or otherwise) that grant a possessory interest in and to any space within the Facility, other than the Tenant Leases, together with all Credit Enhancements, if any, held in connection therewith.
