Resident Agreements definition

Resident Agreements means, collectively, all resident agreements or other contracts or arrangements for the use or occupancy of any units, beds or other facilities provided, meals served, goods sold or services rendered, in each case, on or at the Facility.
Resident Agreements means the singular or collective reference to all patient and resident care agreements, admission agreements and service agreements which include an occupancy agreement and all amendments, modifications or supplements thereto.

Resident Agreements means any and all contracts, authorizations, agreements and/or consents executed by or on behalf of any resident or other person seeking services from Grantor or Manager pursuant to which Grantor and/or Manager provides or furnishes health or assisted living care and related services at the Property, including the consent to treatment, assignment of payment of benefits by third party, as amended, restated or substituted from time to time.
