Investment Agreements definition

Investment Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of Investment Agreements in a sentence

  • Investor has all necessary power and authority under all applicable provisions of law to subscribe to the Offering, to execute and deliver this Subscription Agreement, to join as a party to each of the Investment Agreements, and to carry out the provisions of such respective agreements.

More Definitions of Investment Agreements

Investment Agreements means the investment agreements, by and between the Corporation and the investor parties thereto, dated as of July 2, 2024 (as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time).
