Investment Agreements definition

Investment Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Investment Agreements

Investment Agreements means, collectively, the Cornerstone Investment Agreement, the Fairholme Stock Purchase Agreement and the Stock Purchase Agreement;
