Examples of Resident Deposits in a sentence

  • Accounts Payable -- Resident Deposits: Any amount due residents from funds deposited with the facility for the resident’s personal use.

  • At the Closing, the Purchaser shall receive a credit for the amount of all Resident Deposits or, if required by Law, the segregated accounts containing such Resident Deposits or the amounts therein shall be transferred to the Purchaser.

Related to Resident Deposits

  • Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.
