If the Agreements are terminated due to the death of the Resident, Fees will be payable until the later of 3 days following the Resident’s death or when the room is cleared of personal belongings (being no later than 10 days following the Resident’s death).
Responsible Party must pay the Resident’s first thirty days’ of Resident Fees (presently $13,200) upon the Resident’s arrival at the Ranch.

The Ranch, however, shall reimburse the Resident or Financially Responsible Party for any paid Resident Fees, on a per diem basis, if the Resident leaves the Ranch before the end of the 30-day billing cycle.
These items of expenditure are to be funded through the recurrent charges (Resident Fees).
