Ordinarily Resident in Ireland means “Ordinarily Resident in Ireland” as defined in
Resident individual means any natural person who is domiciled in this state at any time during the taxable year or who resides in this state during the taxable year for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. In the absence of convincing proof to the contrary, an individual other than a member of the armed forces of the United States, who is present in this state for more than one hundred eighty-three (183) days during the taxable year, is presumed to be a resident, but the absence of an individual from this state for more than one hundred eighty- three (183) days raises no presumption that the individual is not a resident. A resident who removes from the state during a taxable year is considered a resident until such resident has both established a definite domicile elsewhere and abandoned any domicile in this state;
Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;
OHIO RESIDENTS The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
resident Canadian means an individual who is:
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
Resident physician means a physician enrolled in an internship, residency or fellowship.
Residential address means the physical location where the student’s parents, legal guardians, persons having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or persons standing in loco parentis reside. A student may use the residential address of a legal guardian, person having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or person standing in loco parentis only if the student resides at the same residential address and if the guardianship or other legal authority is not granted solely for educational needs or school attendance purposes.
Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;
Eligible resident means an individual or family who resided in a disaster-affected home at the time of the natural disasters of 2008 and who:
Resident Manager means an employee of a licensee, approved by the Department, who resides in an adult foster home, and is directly responsible for the care and services to support individuals on a day-to-day basis.
Texas resident bidder means a bidder whose principal place of business is in this state, and includes a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.
Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State or capital situated therein.
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).
Resident means a student whose parents, legal guardians, persons having lawful control of the student, or persons standing in loco parentis reside in the school district.
Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Residents the person who will attend Southern Utah University and occupy the room assigned by UH regardless of the source of his/her payment.
Resident bidder means a bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the bid whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” under this paragraph.
Nonresident pharmacy means a pharmacy located outside of Utah that sells to a person in Utah.
funeral home means a building or structure with facilities for the preparation of dead persons for burial or cremation, for the viewing of the body and for funeral services;
Eligible Household means a household that is eligible to receive fuel assistance through the Maine State Housing Authority pursuant to section 4722, subsection 1, paragraph W; section 4741, subsection 15; and subchapter XIII and rules adopted pursuant to these laws. person resident outside India means a person who is not resident in India;
Young adult means a person aged 18 through 20 years.
LODR means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
