Resident Indian definition

Resident Indian means an Indian living within the Karuk Reservation.
Resident Indian or “RI” means a person resident in India in terms of Section 2(v) of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, which term currently includes:
Resident Indian means any Indian person who, has resided on lands under the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes for not less than the preceding sixty (60) days.
