Resident Officer definition

Resident Officer means an Officer whose hours of work are specified in a known regular roster determined by the Company and issued to the Officer at least seven days prior to the beginning of the roster cycle.

Examples of Resident Officer in a sentence

  • A Resident Officer called out or kept past the end of his/her shift, to transport prisoners, will be paid Overtime or Callback as outlined in the provisions of the labor agreements covering the affected employee.

  • Any overtime worked outside the Resident areas will not be eligible for Resident Officer Pay.

  • The following payment classifications have been created to help determine how to count hours worked: • Overtime/Callback Accumulation (workweek): Applies when a Resident Officer has not met the 171-hour minimum.

  • At the time that the LASD Transit Service Team Leader delivers the “School-based Discipline Referral Form” to the school, there will be an opportunity for school staff, the LASPD Resident Officer (RO) assigned to the school and the LASD Transit Service Team Leader to share information regarding criminal activity that may have a connection to both the school and MTA.

  • If there is a change in the HUD minimum rent, the CHA will give the Resident Officer no less than a thirty (30) day notice of the new fee amount.

  • Investment officer means the treasurer or other person designated by statute or charter of a public corporation to act as the investment officer. In the absence of a statutory or charter designation, the governing body of a public corporation shall designate the investment officer.
