Resident Veteran Business definition

Resident Veteran Business means a business that has a valid resident veteran business certificate issued by the taxation and revenue department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.
Resident Veteran Business means a business that has a valid resident veteran business certificate issued by the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to §13-1-22 NMSA 1978 and Ordinance §2-367.
