Residential care provider or "RCP" means a provider of residential care that has been certified by the division as one

Residential care provider means a provider of residential care that has been certified by the division as one (1) of the following:
Residential care provider means a “facility” as defined in RSA 161-F:11, IV, a “nursing home” as defined in RSA 151-A:1, IV, or any individual or facility licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized or per- mitted by law to operate, for profit or otherwise, a residential care facility for adults, including but not lim- ited to those operating pursuant to RSA 420-D.

  • Care provider means a duly qualified or licensed home health aide or homemaker, personal care aide or nurse provided through a licensed home health care agency or referred by a licensed referral agency or licensed nurses registry.

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
