Residential Collection Service means ongoing regularly 455 scheduled collection of Solid Waste by an Exclusive Franchise from Residential Service Units and MFD 456 Service Units and the delivery of that Solid Waste to a Disposal Facility, Recycling Facility, and/or Organics 457 Processing Facility.
