Residential Collection Service definition

Residential Collection Service means ongoing regularly 376 scheduled collection of Residential Garbage and Residential Organic Waste by Contractor from 377 Residential Service Recipients and the delivery of that Residential Garbage to a Disposal Facility and/or 378 Organic Waste to an Organic Waste Processing Facility.
Residential Collection Service means the service of collection and disposal of residential Solid Waste from all Single Family Dwelling Units that are located within the East MSBU or the West MSBU. Residential Collection Service does not include service to mobile or modular homes located in Commercial Trailer Parks, nor Multi-Family Dwelling Units receiving Commercial Collection Service.

More Definitions of Residential Collection Service

Residential Collection Service means service to residential dwelling units, which shall include four (4) or less units in a common structure, or located on a single property with the following property types, together with the use codes employed by the Office of the Xxx County Property Appraiser: Single Family 01 Mobile Home 02 Miscellaneous Residential (migrant camps, boarding homes, etc. 1-4 units or less 07 Multifamily 1-4 units or less 08 Condominia 5 or more units 04 Townhome 01
Residential Collection Service means the Collection of Garbage, Program Recyclables, and Brush and Bulky Items, from Residential Customers.
Residential Collection Service means the Collection of Residential Waste from all Residential Service Units in the Service Area and the delivery of such materials to the facilities designated in this Contract.
Residential Collection Service means the collection of residential waste from residential property by anyone other than the property owner or occupant.
Residential Collection Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.38 of the General and Technical Specifications.
Residential Collection Service means the Collection of Residential Waste from Residential Property pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Primary Servicer Collection Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(7) of this Agreement.

  • Data Collection System means software designed for collection, tracking and reporting 17 outcomes data for Resident enrolled in the FSP Programs.

  • Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-2 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-2 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
