Residential Lands definition

Residential Lands means, collectively, those lands and premises set out in Schedule 1;
Residential Lands means any lands zoned "Residential" in accordance with the provisions of any zoning by-laws of the Town of Pelham;
Residential Lands means those portions of the Initial Phase Lands which are not the Employment Lands totaling 1,846 gross hectares, as refined by the legal descriptions.

  • Notwithstanding the approval of the Zoning Application, the CDMP Application, or future applications, Flordade and 107 Avenue agree that the maximum number of dwelling units within the Section 8 Residential Lands shall not exceed a total density (as defined in the Land Use Element of the CDMP) of four thousand one hundred seventy five (4,175) dwelling units.

Residential Lands means any lands zoned “Residential” or any lands zoned “Holding” which exclusively permits residential use, in accordance with the provisions with the Comprehensive Zoning By-law as amended;
