Residential Outbuilding definition
Residential Outbuilding means any premises constructed or placed on an allotment with or without a dwelling house and which constitutes the following uses:
Residential Outbuilding. “Residential outbuilding” means a building for the private use of the owner not intended to be used for permanent or seasonal human habitation or sleeping.
