Residential parent definition

Residential parent means the custodial parent (CP), or the person with whom the child resides that majority of the time.
Residential parent means the parent having joint legal custody with whom the child primarily resides during the school year. The residential parent may be designated by the court as the primary caretaker of the child and/or the residential parent’s home designated as the primary home of the child for the purposes of public assistance.
Residential parent means the parent who is actually caring for the child(ren) or who is scheduled to care for the child(ren) at a designated future time;
