Residential Service Unit definition

Residential Service Unit means a single family residence located in the Service Area. At the sole discretion of Contract Administrator based upon location, appearance and the absence of a public or private nuisance, a small business or a multi-family residential establishment, or residential accessory establishments owned by an association or commonly by members of an association, may from time to time be considered a Residential Service Unit(s) and therefore be permitted to utilize Solid Waste Cart(s). The term Residential Service Units shall not include establishments utilizing Container(s) for the accumulation and set-out of Solid Waste regardless of the use or purpose of the establishment. A City facility utilizing a Solid Waste Cart(s) shall be deemed a Residential Service Unit.
Residential Service Unit means a Dwelling Unit for which Collection Services may be provided utilizing individual Collection Containers for each Dwelling Unit and which is not part of a multifamily residential building for which Solid Waste and Recyclables are collected in dumpsters.
Residential Service Unit means a residential dwelling within the service area of the City occupied by a person or group of persons excluding separate units on Multi-Family Properties. A Residential Service Unit shall be deemed occupied when either water or domestic light and power services are being supplied thereto. Residential Service Unit means Residential Curbside Service Units, located in the Service Area.

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Essential Services means the following services: HVAC service, water, sewer and electricity, but in each case only to the extent that Landlord has an obligation to provide same to Tenant under this Lease. The provisions of this paragraph shall only apply as long as the original Tenant is the tenant occupying the Premises under this Lease and shall not apply to any assignee or sublessee.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.
