More Definitions of Residential Tariff

Residential Tariff means Rate Schedule RS. Settlement Amount means the net amount of the Losses or Gains, and Costs, expressed in U.S. Dollars, which the Non-Defaulting Party incurs as a result of Early Termination, calculated from the Early Termination Date through the end of the Original Delivery Period. For purposes of calculating the Settlement Amount, the quantity of Energy (and other components of ▇▇▇▇ Supply) provided for under this Agreement for the period following the Early Termination Date through the remainder of the Original Delivery Period will be deemed to be those quantities that were delivered on an hourly basis, or would have been delivered on an hourly basis had this Agreement been in effect, during the previous calendar year, adjusted for any ▇▇▇▇ Load changes as may have occurred since the previous calendar year as determined by the Companies. The calculation of Settlement Amount with respect to an Early Termination shall exclude Default Damages calculated pursuant to Section 5.2(b).
