Residential Unit or Units definition

Residential Unit or Units means all single-family residential dwellings within the corporate limits of each City and considered by that Participating Community to qualify as a Residential Unit; including residences of three (3) units or less and single-family condominiums. A Residential Unit shall be deemed "occupied" when either water or power services have been established.

An accessory dwelling unit also includes the following:

  • Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if the Employee is or was employed at a segment level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of such segment; and if the Employee is or was employed at the corporate/headquarters level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of the Corporation.
