Residual Claim definition

Residual Claim means, as of the Final Allowance Date for any Allowed Class R3 Claim against the Note Group Debtors, the amount of such Allowed Class R3 Claim plus Post-Petition thereon less the sum of the value of the HII Senior ---- Notes and Cash received with respect to such Claim.
Residual Claim means, in respect of the Scheme Claim of the relevant Qualifying Scheme Claimant, all and any shares, rights, entitlements, benefits, claims and privileges associated with such Scheme Claim under the Scheme immediately following the First Cash Distribution Date and, for the avoidance of doubt, “Residual Claim” includes, without limitation, all rights associated with the shares held by the Exiting Scheme Claimant in any Scheme Company upon which such Scheme Claim is based;
