Residual Distribution definition

Residual Distribution means amounts to be distributed to Owner pursuant to Section 10.2.
Residual Distribution means the distribution by the Company to the stockholders of the Company of (a) all proceeds from the Second Asset Sale and (b) all other amounts held by the Company in excess of the amount necessary for the Company to maintain its existence, cumulatively in one or more distributions.
Residual Distribution shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.4(d)(i).

Examples of Residual Distribution in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Residual Distribution Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Trust Agent, as agent of the Owner Trustee, for the benefit of the Owners.

  • Additionally the Class R Certificates are entitled to Excess Liquidation Proceeds and the Residual Distribution Amount as defined in the Pooling Agreement.
