Resignation and Appointment Agreement definition

Resignation and Appointment Agreement means that certain Resignation and Appointment of Agent Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, between the Existing Agent, as resigning agent, Administrative Agent, as successor agent, the lenders party to the Existing Credit Agreement, and the Borrowers.
