Notice of the appointment of a successor Trustee shall be given by the resigning Trustee within ten days of receipt of notice of such appointment (or, in the event of a vacancy, within ten days of the appointment of the successor Trustee), to each Unit Holder on the Resignation Notice Date (or date on which the vacancy occurred) at each Unit Holder’s last address as shown by the records of the Trustee.
