Resold Services definition

Resold Services means the Customer allowing access to the Service by third parties in the terms set out in Clause 3;

Resold Services means the products or services that a third party is to provide to Customer as set out on an Order.

Resold Services means Microsoft Cloud Services, Amazon Web Service and RPA Services and any Third-Party Services procured under this Call-Off Contract;

Examples of Resold Services in a sentence

• CLEC represents and covenants that it will only use OSS furnished pursuant to this Attachment for activities related to 251(c)(3) UNEs, Resold Services, or other services covered by this Agreement (ICA Services).

• The Supplier will work with the Resold Services Provider to review and resolve any disputes.

• If the contract between the Supplier and Resold Service Provider contains limitations and exclusions of liability, those limitations and exclusions shall apply as between the Supplier and the Customer in respect of the Resold Services, and the limitations on liability set out in the Call-Off Contract and terms and conditions shall be disapplied in respect of the Resold Services.

• The Customer hereby gives its written approval for the Supplier to use the Sub-contractors identified in the Call-Off Contract (including the Resold Services Providers) to perform the Services.

• Any Commission approved or ordered change in the Resale discount for Resold Services shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement for the state in which such Commission approves or orders the change.

• Where the supply of products or services under the Resold Services are subject to an automatic renewal in compliance with a notice period specified by the Resold Services Provider, the Resold Services shall continue until terminated in compliance with the provider’s own terms.

Resold Services means software and/or services provided to the Client directly by Vendors under the terms of Vendor Agreements, if and to the extent such Vendors, software and/or services are specified on the Order Form.

Resold Services means those Verizon Telecommunications Services (as defined in the Act) that Verizon, as and to the extent required by Applicable Law, will make available to AT&T, in accordance with Section 251(b)(1) of the Act, for resale, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Verizon's Tariffs and the Interconnection Agreements. The term "Resold Services" does not include any exchange access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
