Resolution by the Members definition

Resolution by the Members means a decision taken by a majority of the Members present at an Annual General meeting duly constituted by no less than 21 days’ written notice or at a Special General Meeting duly constituted by no less than 14 days’ written notice (or shorter notice in both instances if condoned in terms of clause 26.1.1 and 26.1.2).
