Master Planned Open Space shall be deed restricted as development occurs on certain lands of the Master Developer, and lands of Osguthorpe, Silver King, Mines Ventures and in the Resort Center, as described in this section.

To Seller's Knowledge, there are no defaults or events which, with the passage of time or delivery of notice or both, would become defaults under the Master Declaration by the "Resort Center Parcel Owner" (as defined in the Master Declaration).
