Resort Hotel Manager definition

Resort Hotel Manager means the Owner of any Resort Hotel, including any Affiliate thereof or a third party hotel management company which manages any Resort Hotel. A Resort Hotel Manager may also manage any other portions of the Resort, including but not limited to Resort Villas, Resort Related Luxury Homes, Resort-Branded Homes, Resort Related Attached Residences, and Hotel Keys. If any Resort Hotel Manager is not the Owner of a Resort Hotel (or an affiliate of such Owner), it shall initially be a hotel management company which has not less than five (5) years’ experience managing full service luxury hotels or resorts or which currently manages not fewer than five (5) full service luxury hotels or resorts.

Related to Resort Hotel Manager

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-

  • Starwood shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Franchisor means Marriott International, Inc.

  • Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.

  • Liquor store means a retailer, as defined in section 111 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1111, that is exclusively or primarily engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor. The term does not include a retailer that is a retail food store.

  • tour operator means, with the exception of an air carrier, an organiser within the meaning of Article 2, point 2, of Council Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours (2);

  • Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
