Response Data definition

Response Data means the data subject’s responses to questions asked by the Company using the Service. Response Data is stored separately from the remaining personal data but is linked to a data subject through his/her account with the Personal data processor. Response Data thus falls under the definition of personal data until it is deleted from the data subject’s account or the Response Data’s link to the account is deleted. When this occurs, the Response Data is anonymous and no longer personal data.
Response Data means information from the National Shared Database transmitted by EWS in response to an Inquiry to you directly or to Bank for forwarding to you, as selected by you in accordance with Section 3(b);
Response Data means information transmitted by Early Warning to Bank and provided by Bank to Customer in the form of a Detailed Response or a Translated Response in response to an inquiry by Customer.

More Definitions of Response Data

Response Data means, any information Prove provides to Client and/or Developer in connection with Developer’s or Client’s use of the Solutions with the exception of any information that was initially provided by or on behalf of Client and/or Developer to Prove. Response Data is Prove Confidential Information.
Response Data means information from the National Shared Databases transmitted by Early Warning directly to Customer pursuant to the Connectivity Agreement, and in response to an inquiry by Customer. The information contained within Response Data is described in the applicable Documentation.

  • Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
