Responsible Employees definition

Responsible Employees means all employees, trustees, and contractors except those employees, trustees, or full-time contractors who have legally-defined confidentiality privileges, including but not limited to College counselors, nurses and pastors. Exempted from this section includes the College’s physical and mental health counselors.
Responsible Employees means all faculty, all administrators, and certain designated support staff and student workers, including Resident Assistants, Public Safety Staff (specifically, Public Safety Officers, Sergeants, Staff Sergeants, Dispatchers, Senior Administrative Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Student Workers), and Dean of Student’s Office (specifically, Senior Administrative Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Case Workers). Responsible Employees who witness or otherwise know or should have known of any incidents of alleged Sexual Harassment must report it to the Title IX Coordinator.
Responsible Employees means all faculty members, staff members, and administrators, of those perceived by a complainant as a person that would address complaint (e.g., teaching assistants, supervisors, coaches, counselors, rape crisis advocates, medical providers, and clergy) are expected to report any disclosures that involve allegations of gender-based misconduct.

Examples of Responsible Employees in a sentence

  • Upon completion of such restoration, the Lessee shall furnish the Lessor an architect's certificate of substantial completion and a Responsible Employee's Certificate confirming that such restoration has been completed pursuant to this Lease.

  • The Aviation Authority will issue, for a fee, to all Contractor Responsible Employees an identification badge that will display their picture, name, and other applicable information; and any key(s) required in the performance of the Contract, provided that such person meets the minimum criteria established to receive a badge.

  • Upon receipt by the Pledgee of the aforementioned Responsible Employee's Certificate and the replacement Certificate B, the Pledgee shall transfer to the Pledgor the original Certificate B (or a replacement provided pursuant to Section 9.13(a)) in the manner so instructed by the Pledgor .

  • The Lessor shall have received a Responsible Employee's Certificate of the Lessee, in substantially the form of Exhibit E, and a Responsible Employee's Certificate of the Guarantor, in substantially the form of Exhibit F.

  • Upon completion of such restoration and repair, Lessee shall furnish the Lessor a Responsible Employee's Certificate and an Architect's certificate, in each case confirming that such restoration and repair has been completed pursuant to this Lease.

  • For purposes of this Section 2.6, the term "Seller's Responsible Employees" shall include Brad▇▇▇ ▇.
