Responsible Trustee Officer definition

Responsible Trustee Officer any officer of the Corporate Trustee with direct responsibility for the administration of this Trust Agreement, and with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer of the Corporate Trustee to whom such matter is referred because of his knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.

  • If a Default or Event of Default occurs and is continuing with respect to the Securities of any Series and if it is known to a Responsible Trustee Officer, the Trustee shall mail to each Securityholder of the Securities of that Series notice of a Default or Event of Default within 90 days after it occurs or, if later, after a Responsible Trustee Officer has knowledge of such Default or Event of Default.
