Restaurant Operations Manager as referred to in Clause 4 (2) and the Schedule “MOD” Manual/Manual of Operational Data means the manual of operating data, which is the property of BKC and which has been licenced by BKC to the Franchisor, among other things, for the purposes of this Agreement and which accordingly sets out to uniform standards, specifications and procedures of operation required by this Agreement from time to time and includes any written requirements of BKC and/or the Franchisor relating to any such matters whether or not physically incorporated into such manual (in one or more volumes as updated by the Franchisor from time to time.-
