Restaurant Operator definition

Restaurant Operator means each (i) Franchisee and (ii) Non-Securitization Entity that operates a Company-Owned Restaurant.

Restaurant Operator means the maker under any Restaurant Note, which shall be a franchisee of Guarantor and an Affiliate of the Borrower and/or the Guarantor.

More Definitions of Restaurant Operator

Restaurant Operator. (食肆營運㆟) means a natural person who operates, keeps or manages a licensed restaurant or who is otherwise in control of a licensed restaurant; "retailer" (零售商) means a natural person who is engaged in a retail business in Hong Kong;".

Restaurant Operator means , or any other operator and day-to-day manager of the Restaurant Improvements, as approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
