Restaurant Property means, with respect to any restaurant location, the real property, land, buildings, improvements, machinery and equipment, and structures comprising such restaurant or in which such restaurant is located.

Restaurant Property means all of Borrower's interest of every kind and description, now existing or hereafter acquired, in the restaurants listed in Exhibit A (the "Restaurants"), including, but not limited to, all of Borrower's interest in the Ground Lease, Improvements, FF&E, rents, all personal property, goods, accounts, contract rights, insurance proceeds, leases, inventory, goodwill, licenses, permits, approvals, intangibles and all appurtenant rights to each of the foregoing. • Failure of BKC to provide such written notice within the Election Period shall constitute a refusal by BKC to purchase such Restricted Restaurant Property pursuant to the Offer.

• The offer of such Restricted Restaurant Property to BKC (the "Offer") shall be made in writing and shall be accompanied by a true and correct copy of the bona fide written offer.

• The obligation of BKC to make payments to the Partnership under this Section 8.6(b) in connection with a rent reduction granted hereunder shall continue until the lease under which such rent reduction is granted terminates or expires, notwithstanding any intervening sale or other disposition by the Partnership of the Restricted Restaurant Property with respect to which such rent reduction is granted.
