In the event the Restaurant is operated by a third party restaurant operator, Licensor shall have the right to approve the lease or restaurant management agreement between Licensee and the third party manager (the “Restaurant Management Agreement”) which shall contain the Restaurant Requirements and other terms reasonably satisfactory to Licensor giving consideration to the Management Standard.
