Restoration Services definition

Restoration Services means at a minimum, a collection of services as defined in OAR 309-088-0115 that may assist in gaining or regaining an Individual’s Fitness to Proceed. Services include, but are not limited to:
Restoration Services means those Services required to restore the Signal and Communications facilities to normal operation following any storm, fire, derailment, earthquake, motor vehicle accident, act of vandalism, or any other disruption to service.

Examples of Restoration Services in a sentence

  • This Rate Schedule also establishes the terms under which the ISO shall recover the costs of Restoration Services payments from Customers.

  • The ISO shall establish procedures for acquiring Restoration Services and requiring that the selected Generators test their units providing Restoration Services (“Black Start Capability Test”).

  • Generators that are obligated to provide Restoration Services as a result of divestiture contract agreements will not receive Restoration Services payments from the ISO for those services if they are already compensated as part of those divestiture contracts.

  • The ISO may amend the ISO Plan and may solicit offers for additional resources if it determines that additional Restoration Services are needed.

  • The ISO will make payments for such local Restoration Services to the Generators that provide them under the terms of this Rate Schedule.

  • The charge shall be equal to: (A) the product of: (i) the Customer’s share of Load in the NYCA that is used to supply Station Power as a third-party provider for each day in the Billing Period, and (ii) the ISO’s total payments to Generators providing Restoration Services under the ISO Plan under Section 15.5.2 to this Rate Schedule for the Billing Period, divided by the total number of days in the Billing Period, (B) summed for all days in the Billing Period.

  • This charge shall be equal to: (A) the product of: (i) the Customer’s share of Load in the Transmission Owner’s Transmission District for each hour in the Billing Period, and (ii) the ISO’s total payments to Generators providing Restoration Services under the Transmission Owner’s Restoration Services plan under Section 15.5.2 to this Rate Schedule for the Billing Period, divided by the total number of hours in the Billing Period, (B) summed for all hours in the Billing Period.

  • Each Billing Period, the ISO shall charge, and each Customer shall pay based on its supply of Load that is not used to supply Station Power as a third-party provider under Part 5 of the ISO OATT, a charge for the recovery of the costs of the ISO’s payments to Generators providing Restoration Services under the ISO Plan.

  • Any Generator that is awarded Restoration Services payments and fails a Black Start Capability Test shall forfeit all payments for such services since its last successful test.

Restoration Services means the services and related products that you market to customers, and you or we provide to said customers relating to the recovery, repair and restoration of electronic equipment and data using state-of-the-art fire and disaster recovery technologies, all of which we may modify and change from time to time.
Restoration Services means, but not be limited to, the cleaning and remediation of both residential and commercial buildings or facilities after a man-made or natural disaster, including, but not limited to, water removal and dehumidification, fire, smoke and soot remediation and restoration, mold mitigation and remediation, removal and replacement of damaged building materials, cleaning of all surfaces affected by such types of disasters, all of which would be typically performed by licensed contractors.

Related to Restoration Services

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Preconstruction services means services and other activities during the design phase.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
