Restricted Competitors definition

Restricted Competitors means the companies and/or organizations listed on the document entitled “List Of Restricted Competitors” provided to me separately by the Company, and incorporated herein by reference.
Restricted Competitors means the companies and/or organizations, and any of their affiliates and related entities, listed on the document entitled “List Of Restricted Competitors” provided to Executive separately by the Company, and hereby incorporated fully herein by this reference.
Restricted Competitors means a person engaged in any business competitive with the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ businesses of package delivery and global supply chain management solutions. Restricted Competitors shall be defined to include any affiliates of such entities that are engaged in delivery, transportation, and/or logistics services and activities. In addition, Restricted Competitors include, without limitation, the entities listed on Exhibit B.

Examples of Restricted Competitors in a sentence

  • Consultant will be permitted to consult with and conduct business with other “QSR” restaurant chains, as that term is generally defined in the restaurant industry, that are not among the Restricted Competitors, and other restaurant chains not defined as QSR.

  • If Veeva changes the list of Restricted Competitors, Veeva will inform the newly added Restricted Competitor that a standard access agreement will be required within 180 days of notice for its continued access to the Software.

  • If Veeva changes the list of Restricted Competitors, Veeva will inform the newly added Restricted Competitor that a standard access agreement will be required within 90 days of notice for its continued access to the Software.

More Definitions of Restricted Competitors

Restricted Competitors means the companies and/or organizations listed on Attachment 2 to this Agreement, and incorporated herein by reference.
Restricted Competitors means the companies and/or organizations listed on Attachment A to this Agreement, and incorporated herein by reference.
Restricted Competitors means and include each of the following: (i) Xxxxxxxx, Inc.; (ii) Xxxxxx Measurements, Inc.; (iii) Saphymo GmbH (part of the Bertin Technologies group); (iv) General Atomics; (v) Xxxxxxxx Technology Corporation or Technical Associates; (vi) Radico; (vii) Rotem Industries; (viii) Rapiscan Systems; (ix) Smiths Detection, and (x) Thermo Xxxxxx Scientific Inc. Provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting Executive from holding any position with or performing any services for: (A) any Restricted Competitor that has ceased to be a “Competitive Business” (as defined above); or (B) any separate identifiable division, department, or unit of a Restricted Competitor if that department, division, or unit is not, itself, an actual or potential competitor of the Company, and if Executive’s duties and/or services do not relate to any “Competitive Products or Services” (as defined above).
Restricted Competitors means the following entities (which the Grantee acknowledges are direct competitors of the Company) and their respective successors: [insert list of competitors disclosed in the Company’s most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K], as well as any other entity disclosed as a competitor of the Company in Part I, Item 1 “Business” of the Company’s most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K at the time of the Grantee’s Eligible Separation and/or at the time the Grantee commences new employment with an entity other than the Company.
