Licensed Operator means a person licensed, or deemed to be licensed, to provide a port service or operate a port facility;
Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.
Qualified Operator means a Person that has at least five (5) years’ experience operating power generation and storage facilities generally similar to the Facility.
train operator means any person who is authorised to act as the operator of a train by a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act 1993.
co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)
economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities, including any temporary association of undertakings, which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;
Amateur radio operator means a person licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to engage in private and experimental two-way radio operation on the amateur band radio frequencies.
Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.
Pledged Operating Agreements means all of each Grantor’s rights, powers, and remedies under the limited liability company operating agreements of each of the Pledged Companies that are limited liability companies.
Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.
Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
Non-Operator means a party other than the operator;
market operator means a person or persons who manages and/or operates the business of a regulated market. The market operator may be the regulated market itself;
independent operator means undertakings other than authorised dealers and repairers which are directly or indirectly involved in the repair and maintenance of vehicles, in particular repairers, manufacturers or distributors of repair equipment, tools or spare parts, publishers of technical information, automobile clubs, roadside assistance operators, operators offering inspection and testing services, operators offering training for installers, manufacturers and repairers of equipment for alternative fuel vehicles;
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub. L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—
Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.
Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.
Captive generating plant means a power plant set up by any person to generate electricity primarily for his own use and includes a power plant set up by any co-operative society or association of persons for generating electricity primarily for use of members of such cooperative society or association;
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Project Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company held for the purpose of holding, leasing, developing, constructing or acquiring energy generating, transmission or distribution assets, or assets related thereto, or any other power or energy facility or any assets related thereto, and any Subsidiary of the Company whose assets consist primarily of equity interests in one or more other Project Subsidiaries; provided that a Subsidiary will cease to be a Project Subsidiary if it Guarantees any Indebtedness of the Company other than obligations of the Company related to Project Debt of one or more Project Subsidiaries.
economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;
Certified operator means the solid waste facility operator or an employee of such operator who is present at the facility and oversees or carries out the daily operations authorized through this Permit, and whose qualifications are currently certified in accordance with Section 22a-209-6 of the RCSA.
Project Finance Subsidiary means a Subsidiary that is a special-purpose entity created solely to (i) construct or acquire any asset or project that will be or is financed solely with Project Financing for such asset or project and related equity investments in, loans to, or capital contributions in, such Subsidiary that are not prohibited hereby and/or (ii) own an interest in any such asset or project.
Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
Individual generation site means the contiguous site at or on which one or more hazardous wastes are generated. An individual generation site, such as a large manufacturing plant, may have one or more sources of hazardous waste but is considered a single or individual generation site if the site or property is contiguous.
