Restricted Share Unit Grant Letter means a right granted to a Participant by the Company as compensation for employment or consulting services or services as a Director or Officer, to receive, for no additional consideration, Shares of the Company upon specified vesting criteria being satisfied and which may provide that, upon vesting, the Award may be paid in cash or Shares in accordance with Section 4.12 of this Plan.

Restricted Share Unit Grant Letter means a letter from the Company or Affiliate to a Participant in which the Participant is notified of the decision to Grant to the Participant of Restricted Share Units according to the terms of the Plan.
